Asparagus Pinwheels

The asparagus appetizers are amazing. The combined taste of pecans and blue cheese with the asparagus is fabulous. We keep going back for more!

Petite Potato Puffs

It was incredibly important to my husband and I to have delicious food at our wedding, and also to have several options (we have some vegan and gluten-free guests, myself included). Wild Asparagus was the only catering company that we did an actual tasting with, and we were sold instantly! The food was SO delicious, all of our guests loved it. We were, unfortunately, a "covid couple", and we had to postpone our wedding a year due to the pandemic. During that time, there were a few very small price changes to the contract, and one very large one (the price of the steak medallions more than doubled). We were really disappointed that they weren't able to honor the pre-pandemic pricing that was in our contract - HOWEVER, we were able to make a change to the menu and everything ended up being truly delicious and wonderful. There were a few staffing changes that happened during this time as well, and one that happened about 3 weeks before our wedding (the main coordinator switched from Kelly to Sheila, due to personal reasons). They were INCREDIBLE during this transition, and Sheila was such a joy to work with!! We could tell we were in such good hands, which was a huge relief. Even though there were some bumps along the way (which is valid, it was a pandemic afterall), we are so incredibly glad we went with Wild Asparagus for our wedding caterer! P.S. - If you go with them, get the cheese puffs and potato puffs...our guests are STILL raving about them!!!

Famous Cheese Puffs

I have loved these puffs for years! (Ever since WA was located in an old house in downtown Barrington.) Both the regular and the jalapeno version taste amazing and our family/guests love them. The bake up quickly straight from the freezer and are a perfect appetizer or snack.

Easter Eats!

Kudos to Dianne and her crew! Everything about the Easter Brunch was perfect! From the moist and flavorful ham to the scrumptious vegetables and salad - everyone enjoyed it immensely. One of my sons commented that the desert was the best he's ever had! Thank you Wild Asparagus. We will be back!!! Gale

Easter Eats!

We all enjoyed the Easter feast! The ham and potatoes were delicious. The ham was moist and tender. The Brussel Sprouts were well seasoned and just enough crunch. The corn pudding was a little gummy, but good flavor. The appetizers and dessert were perfect. Thank you for making our Easter more relaxed. We would definitely order from Wild Asparagus again. Oh,,,and the cheese puffs we added....well, if you all don't know about need to!!

Quinoa & Peach Enchiladas

Seared Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

We celebrated my wife's birthday and anniversary with a dinner catered by Wild Asparagus. We were extremely pleased with the food and the service. We started with their cheese puffs which are outstanding. The stuffed pork tenderloin and sauce were excellent. Sheila and Maddie made our night complete. I would highly recommend Wild Asparagus for any event.

Famous Cheese Puffs

Our family has used Wild Asparagus for several occasions, some pretty fancy and others pretty casual, they never fail to amaze us. The last gathering we had was last weekend, Sheila, Tim and Maddie took care of 35 people flawlessly. For this event we chose to have appetizers passed and served by Sheila and Tim while Maddie did the cooking. The attention to detail and to our guests was superb, we didn't think we needed a bartender but turned out we did, Tim jumped right in and played server and bartender seamlessly. And of course, the food is incredible, every single one of our guests had nothing but great things to say about the food. Wild Asparagus is our go to for any occasion, even just a week night dinner pick up.
